Toggle it on when creating the gallery or from the manage page. Set a passcode (4–12 characters). Clients enter the code once and get a session cookie valid for 7 days — no re-entry needed. Share the code with your client however you like.
Yes — from your gallery dashboard. Any active download links are revoked immediately. The demo gallery cannot be deleted.
No. yourshot is client galleries only — share a gallery with a specific client after a shoot. Simpler and cheaper than a full portfolio site. If you need a portfolio, tools like Squarespace or Format are built for that.

Yes, if it's from hi@yourshot.io. yourshot is the platform your photographer uses to deliver your photos. You can verify at yourshot.io.
Reply to the original email or contact your photographer — they can resend the delivery email from their dashboard with fresh links.
Ask your photographer for the current code. They can update it at any time from their gallery dashboard.
Refunds are handled directly by your photographer — they own the transaction via Stripe Connect. Contact your photographer first; they can process a refund from their Stripe dashboard.
